How to Apply

Applications should be filled in Triplicate on the PSC form (3) (Revised 2008) and submitted to the Secretary, Rubanda District Service Commission, P.O. Box 781, Kabale to be received not later than 8th May 2026. Application forms are obtained from the PSC offices, DSC offices country wide as well as the Ministry of Public Service Website. Application should bear the title of the post as well as reference Number specified against the vacancy. Applicants should attach a set of 3 copies of their certified academic documents, identity cards and other related documents plus 3 passport size photographs. Those already in Government service should route their applications through their Responsible Officer.
