You’ll support the Proxima Solutions office team with day-to-day administrative tasks — from document management and client communication to scheduling and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and wants to learn how a professional technology company operates from the inside.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise company documents and records
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and client inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Prepare reports, letters and internal communications
  • Support the team with procurement and logistics admin
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or related field
  • Final year student or recently graduated (2024 / 2025)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
