Administrative Assistant - Tech Ops
Key Roles
- Manage Precoro requisitions, material processing, & petty cash reconciliations.
- Coordinate meetings, transport, deliveries, & site visits while maintaining organized documentation & providing general administrative support for the team efficiently among other roles
Requirements
- UCE and UACE required
- Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement & Logistics, Secretarial Studies, or related field is an added advantage
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Experience handling petty cash and basic reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience using procurement systems (Precoro experience is an added advantage)
