Job Title

Administrative Assistant - Tech Ops

Key Roles

  • Manage Precoro requisitions, material processing, & petty cash reconciliations.
  • Coordinate meetings, transport, deliveries, & site visits while maintaining organized documentation & providing general administrative support for the team efficiently among other roles

Requirements

  • UCE and UACE required
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement & Logistics, Secretarial Studies, or related field is an added advantage
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Experience handling petty cash and basic reconciliations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience using procurement systems (Precoro experience is an added advantage)
