Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating the company's activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager and other team members.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the company's efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a management role.
