Responsibilities:  <ul><li>Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets</li><li>Controlling expenses</li><li>Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard</li><li>People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management</li><li>Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers</li></ul> Qualifications & Experience:<ul><li>A Grade 12 qualification</li><li>A minimum of 3 years retail experience</li><li>A minimum of 2 years Store Leadership/Management experience</li></ul> Skills:<ul><li>Have an interest in fashion</li><li>A passion for excellent Customer services and sales environment  </li><li>Figure and admin orientated</li><li>Organised and thorough  </li><li>Profit and turnover driven</li><li>Able to manage risk within the store</li><li>The ability to communicate and persuade effectively at all levels</li><li>Ability to show initiative and be resourceful</li><li>Ability to source and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Customer Service Delivery</li><li>Office Systems</li><li>Policy & Procedures</li><li>Strategic Sales Planning</li><li>Managing the Sales Process</li><li>Customer Value Management  </li></ul>Behaviours:  <ul><li>Action Oriented - readily takes on new challenges and opportunities with a sense of urgency and eagerness</li><li>Builds Networks - establishes and nurtures internal and external relationships in order to create robust, and mutually beneficial, partnerships</li><li>Customer Focus - understands, anticipates, and meets the needs and expectations of customers</li><li>Directs work - effectively plans, organises and directs the activities of individuals or teams to achieve desired outcomes</li><li>Drives Engagement - inspires, motivates and empowers individuals to go above and beyond for the benefit of the team and the organisation</li><li>Ensures Accountability - takes accountability and ensures others are held to account on agreed upon performance targets</li><li>Optimizes Work Processes - assesses and improves the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of various work processes</li><li>Values differences - recognises, respects, and appreciates the diverse values, beliefs, and perspectives of others</li></ul> Preference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act. <div>Qualifications & Experience: </div><div><ul><li>A Grade 12 qualification </li><li>A minimum of 3 years retail or admin experience </li><li>Previous Retail Management experience</li></ul><div>  </div><div><div>Skills:  </div><div style="margin: 0px;
