Job Description

We need to output clean semantic HTML per rules. Input already has HTML tags but we need to reformat? The instruction: "You receive a plain-text job description. Your ONLY job is to format it as clean semantic HTML." However the given job description includes HTML tags already. We must preserve all original content word-for-word, but format as clean semantic HTML using

,

,
  • . No CSS classes, no inline styles, no
    , no
. Also we must remove any non-semantic tags like ,

with inline CSS, etc. Also need to remove stray HTML like the .button CSS block at end. Also need to remove any tags not allowed: , maybe we should convert strong headings to

. Also need to remove any   entities? We must preserve content word-for-word, but we can replace   with a space? The rule says preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. That suggests we must keep the exact characters, including  . However we cannot use
tags, but we can keep   as is. Also we cannot add or remove content, so we must keep the .button CSS block? But that is not part of job description; it's stray CSS. The rule says remove all of the following: advertisements, cookie notices, etc. The CSS block is likely not part of job description; it's stray formatting. Should we remove it? The instruction: "Remove all of the following: ... Advertisements or promotions ... Cookie/subscription notices ... Duplicate text ... Stray numbers or formatting artifacts". The CSS block is formatting artifact, likely should be removed. Also we must not add any commentary. Thus we need to output HTML that contains only the job content, using allowed tags. We must preserve the textual content exactly, but we can change tags to semantic ones. However changing tags could be considered altering content? The instruction says preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. Changing tags is not changing the textual content, but it's changing markup. I think it's allowed because we are formatting as clean semantic HTML. The original had

    and

etc. We can keep them but need to use

for section headers. The original had for headings like "Stock Management:", etc. We should convert those to

. Also need to ensure we don't have tags left. Also need to remove the .button CSS block. We also need to ensure no
      , no
, no inline styles, no classes. We must keep the original text inside tags exactly, including   entities. Let's extract the content: First paragraph:

We’re looking for a strong, vibrant and self-disciplined Assistant Store Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of a store to ensure that the overall objectives, store targets and customer service standards are met and exceeded.

      Then
        with list items:
      • Grade: 12
      • 3 Years’ experience in an Assistant Store or Store Managerial position.
      • Sales & service management.
      • Computer literacy.
      • Communication skills.
      • Retail trade.
      • Brand, customer & product understanding.
      • Then

        Stock Management:

        Then
          with four li. Then

          Sales Growth & Profitability:

          Then
            with three li. Then

            Risk Management:

            Then
              with one li. Then

              Customer Experience Management:

              Then
                with one li. Then

                Leadership & Development:

                Then
with three li (the third li has many spaces   etc.) Then

‘Mr Price Group Limited is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to Employment Equity.’

                  Then the CSS block:

                  .button { border: none; color: white; padding: 10px 15px; text-align: center; text-decoration: none; display: inline-block; font-size: 20px; margin: 4px 2px; cursor: pointer; font-family: ""Arial""; font-weight: bold; } .button3 {background-color: #000000 ;}

We need to drop that CSS block. Now produce HTML: We can keep the initial paragraph as

                  ...

Then we need a section for "Grade: 12 ..." maybe treat as list under some heading? The original had no heading for that list; it's just a list after the intro. Could be considered "Requirements" maybe. But we must not add headings not present. The rule: Use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). If text has no clear sections, just wrap paragraphs in

tags. The list after intro doesn't have a heading; we could keep it as

                    directly after

. That's fine. Then we need to convert each heading to

                    . For example:

                    Stock Management:

                    then the following
. Similarly for Sales Growth & Profitability:, Risk Management:, Customer Experience Management:, Leadership & Development:. Also the final paragraph with the quote: it's inside but it's a statement. Should we keep as

with the quote? The original had

‘Mr Price Group Limited is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to Employment Equity.’

                      . We could convert to

‘Mr Price Group Limited is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to Employment Equity.’

(removing ). Or we could keep as

with the text. Since we must preserve content word-for-word, we need to keep the quote text exactly, including the curly quotes and period. Removing tags is okay as it's not changing text. So we output

‘Mr Price Group Limited is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to Employment Equity.’

. Now also need to handle the
and   inside Risk Management heading: original:

                      Risk Management:

. That seems to be a heading with a line break and a space. We should convert heading to

                      Risk Management:

                      and then maybe the
and   are just formatting; we should discard them because they are not content? The
is a tag not allowed; we must not use
. The   is an entity representing a space; we could keep it as a space? But we must preserve content word-for-word; however the
and   are not visible content; they are formatting. The instruction says remove stray numbers or formatting artifacts. This seems like formatting artifact. So we should omit the
and  . So after the heading we go directly to the
. Now the Leadership & Development list third item has many   spaces; we should keep them as they are inside the
                      • text. So we keep the exact string including those   entities. Now ensure no
                        , no
, no classes. Now produce final HTML. Let's construct:

We’re looking for a strong, vibrant and self-disciplined Assistant Store Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of a store to ensure that the overall objectives, store targets and customer service standards are met and exceeded.

                        Risk Management:

                        • Conduct compliance checks through defined processes (e.g. admin checks, store audits, visual audits, COMO (Continuous Monitoring) reports, POS reports, health & safety standards, weekly hanger counts, security etc.) to ensure and enforce overall compliance to policies and procedures.

                        Customer Experience Management:

                        • Ensure and maintain the implementation of customer experience processes (through the execution of business instruction letters, markdowns, repricing, promotions, customer experience plans, visual standards, customer feedback, general housekeeping etc.) to meet customer service standards.

                        Leadership & Development:

                        • Lead and drive the team within a store to achieve store KPIs and operational strategy in line with company values.
                        • Identify & drive training, coaching and development needs with a focus on talent management and succession planning.
                        • Recruit, administer & manage performance in accordance with company policies and procedures.

‘Mr Price Group Limited is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to Employment Equity.’

Check for any leftover tags: none. Check for any
                        tags: none. Check for any
: none. Check for any class: none. Check for any inline style: none. Check for any stray CSS block: removed. Now ensure we preserved all original text. Let's verify each piece. Original intro: "We’re looking for a strong, vibrant and self-disciplined Assistant Store Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of a store to ensure that the overall objectives, store targets and customer service standards are met and exceeded." matches. Original list items: we kept them exactly, including   after "Grade: 12". Good. Original "Stock Management:" heading: we changed to

                        Stock Management:

                        . The original had

                        . We removed

and but kept text. That's okay. Original Stock Management ul items: we kept them exactly. Original "Sales Growth & Profitability:" heading: we made

                        Sales Growth & Profitability:

. Good. Original "Risk Management:" heading: we made

                        . We omitted the
and  . Those were formatting only; not content. Acceptable. Original Risk Management ul item: we kept exactly. Original "Customer Experience Management:" heading: we made

                        Leadership & Development:

. Good. Original ul items: first two kept exactly. Third item: we kept the exact string including many   entities. Let's verify: original third li:
                      • Recruit, administer & manage performance in accordance with company policies and procedures.
