Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth and market expansion within the FMCG space. If you have a strong background in sales, field execution, and team leadership, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven territory strategies to drive coverage, penetration, and revenue growth
- Identify and onboard key retail partners while strengthening distribution channels
- Drive visibility and sales through impactful retail initiatives (e.g., Model Shops)
- Coach, mentor, and build high-performing teams
- Lead and supervise field teams/Brand Ambassadors to ensure excellent in-market execution
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve results
Requirements
- 2–5years’ experience in Sales/Business Development within FMCG
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
