Job Description:

Easter Tang International Limited is a leading manufacturer of food products in Nigeria. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to lead our Wholesale Market Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and reducing costs
• Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food industry
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
