Key Duties
- Preparation for Inbound and Outbound Calls.
- Quality of Call Opening.
- Quality of Collections Call.
- Quality of Credit Line Affordability Calculations.
- Educating the Customer – education with regards to benefits of payment; NCA, Fashion Delivery Service and consequences of non-payment.
- Administration - demonstrates an ability to adhere to administrative call procedures with speed and accuracy and updates customer details, summarises comments in the memo field.
- Quality of Call Ending
Qualifications
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Previous relevant experience is advantageous.

- Essential Competencies: Computer literate (Excel, Word) Behavioural: An ability to focus and concentrate Excellent customer relations and people skills Excellent communication skills and writing skills in English The ability to work independently, in a fast paced environment Accuracy and attention to detail An ability to focus and concentrate Proactive, self-motivated and flexible Problem solving skills.
