CASHIER

Position Summary

The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service by processing customer orders and payments accurately while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Receive and process customer orders accurately.
• Handle cash, card and mobile money transactions.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate cash records.
• Balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.

Key Requirements

• Previous cashier or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Good numerical and communication skills.
• Honest, reliable and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure.
