The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that food production, service delivery, hygiene standards, stock control, and staff performance are maintained in line with company and client requirements. Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all night shift catering operations. Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served according to agreed quality standards. Lead and manage catering staff to ensure operational efficiency. Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of employees on shift. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and health and safety standards. Conduct stock counts, manage inventory, and report shortages or variances. Assist with production planning and meal service requirements. Ensure all equipment and work areas are clean and maintained. Build and maintain positive client and customer relationships. Monitor costs, reduce waste, and support profitability objectives. Drive a culture of customer service excellence and continuous improvement. Monitor productivity levels and implement corrective actions where required. Ensure compliance with Tsebo's quality management systems and client service level agreements (SLAs). Support the Unit Manager in achieving financial, operational, and customer satisfaction targets. Complete shift reports and communicate operational updates effectively

Qualifications:
Matric 2-3 year relevant experience Professional Cookery, or a related field (Advantageous) Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite) is required.
