We are looking for a Chief Finance Officer. The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive team responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the organization. This role provides strategic leadership in financial planning, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and capital structure. The CFO ensures the financial health of the organization, supports long-term growth, and aligns financial strategies with the company’s vision and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy to support long-term business objectives.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team on financial performance, opportunities, and risks.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions.
Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee preparation of accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure robust internal controls, compliance, and governance practices.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to maintain operational stability.
- Present financial reports to the board of directors, investors, and stakeholders.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure the organization complies with regulatory requirements, tax obligations, and audit standards.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
Operational & Organizational Leadership
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of performance, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Support operational decision-making with financial insights and data-driven analysis.
- Evaluate financial implications of business initiatives, investments, partnerships, and contracts.
Capital Management
- Oversee investment strategies, capital allocation, and debt/equity planning.
- Manage stakeholder relationships including investors, lenders, and financial partners.
- Lead fundraising, financing negotiations, and strategic transactions as needed.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive financial management experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, corporate finance, and financial analysis.
- Experience in fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, or investor relations is a plus.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and compliance.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and strong business acumen.
- Ability to navigate complex financial environments and drive organizational results.
Working Conditions
- Full-time executive leadership role.
- May require occasional travel for investor meetings, audits, or corporate events.
