Responsibilities

• Ensure goods and services are delivered and received as per order
• Issue stock items as per request to the Customer and maintain high level of service
• Binning of stock items
• Cycle counting of stock items
• Maintain goods in a neat and clean condition (housekeeping)
• Maintain and adhere to Procurement and warehouse processes and instructions
• Assist with order expediting
• Perform standby duties and work overtime as required
• Drive forklifts and cranes to move heavy loads
• Receive Goods and Services, compare to purchase orders, and capture GRN and Service Entry on SAP
• Process returns to suppliers where applicable
• Communicate collection with internal customers
• Handle and store hazardous substances, chemicals, or goods
• Issue stock items using FIFO method to internal customers
• Issue Diesel and Petrol as per request
• Stack and store goods
• Identify stock items, match bin locations, and handle heavy items using forklift
• Cycle counting and investigate variances
• Ensure accurate and timely updating of goods receipts and issues on SAP
• Maintain correct stock status on both system and floor
• Comply with work rules, standards, and methods
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping and minimise waste

Requirements/Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Mathematics
• Driver's Licence
• Knowledge of MS Office (compulsory)
• Knowledge of SAP or equivalent warehouse system (advantageous)
• 2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment
