Job Description

Here's a thinking process: 1. **Analyze User Input:** - User wants me to format a given job description as clean semantic HTML. - Rules are strict: use `

` for paragraphs, `

` for section headers, `
  • ` for lists, no CSS/inline styles/
    /
    , preserve all content word-for-word, no summarization, return ONLY HTML, no markdown fences/explanation/preamble. 2. **Analyze the Job Description Text:** - I need to parse the text and identify sections/headers naturally. - Let's break it down: - Intro/Overview paragraph - "What you will do:" followed by a bulleted list (but the bullets are indented with dashes) - "Experience:" section with text - "Qualifications (Minimum):" and "Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred):" - these look like two parts, but might be one list or two. I'll need to handle carefully. - "Knowledge:" section with Min/Ideal - "Key Performance Areas:" with numbered list (1-5) - "Skills:" comma-separated - "Conditions of Employment:" text - "Capitec is committed to diversity:" text - "How to Apply:" with numbered steps (but formatted as "1. ... 2. ...") - Need to map to HTML tags: - `

    ` for prose paragraphs - `

    ` for section headers. The user specified examples: Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role. I should use `

    ` for major section breaks. - `
    • ` for list items. The "What you will do:" has dash-prefixed lines. The "Key Performance Areas:" has numbered lines. The "Skills:" is comma-separated but could be a list. I'll need to convert dash lines and numbered lines to `
    • ` items. - Preserve ALL original content word-for-word. This is critical. I must not lose any text, including "Kindly note that this role is based in Cape Town, Century City." which seems part of the intro or a note. - Let's outline the structure mentally: - Intro paragraph(s) - "What you will do:" -> maybe an `

      ` then `
      • ` for each bullet - "Experience:" -> `

        ` then `

        ` or text - "Qualifications (Minimum):" and "Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred):" -> could be two `

        ` sections or one. I'll treat them as separate `

        ` blocks, but need to preserve the exact text. - "Knowledge:" -> `

        ` then text - "Key Performance Areas:" -> `

        ` then `
        1. ` or `
          • `. User said `
            • ` for lists. I'll use `
              • ` and keep the numbers as text inside li. - "Skills:" -> could be `
                • ` or just `

                  `. Since it's comma-separated, maybe `

                  • ` each as separate items, but user said preserve word-for-word. I'll likely put it as `
                    • Analytical Skills, Attention to Detail, ...
                    ` but that changes the format. Better to keep as `

                    ` if not clearly a list, but it says "Skills: ..." with commas. I'll use `

                    • ` items for each skill, but must preserve the exact string. I'll split by commas and wrap each in `
                    • `, but that changes the word order slightly (adding
                    • tags). The rule says "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase". This is tricky with lists. I need to interpret: I can add HTML tags around the content, but the text content itself must remain word-for-word. So I can wrap `
                    • Analytical Skills
                    • ` but the text inside must be exactly "Analytical Skills". If I split "Analytical Skills, Attention to Detail,..." into separate li items, I'm changing the structure but the words are preserved. However, the comma-separated list might be intended as one paragraph. I'll keep it as `

                      Skills: Analytical Skills, Attention to Detail, Change Management Skills, Communications Skills, Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills, Problem solving skills, Project Management Skills (Methodology Specific).

                      ` to preserve exact text. But the rule says "Use
                      • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills)". It explicitly says skills should be in `
                        • `. So I need to convert the comma-separated list into `
                          • ` items. But then I'd be splitting the text into multiple `
                          • ` elements, which changes the visual presentation but the words inside each `
                          • ` are preserved word-for-word. I think that's acceptable. However, the rule "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word" might mean the entire text content of the output, when read without tags, should be identical. I need to be careful. Let's re-read the rule: "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase". This likely means the textual content must not be altered, but HTML tags can be added. So I can wrap words in tags, as long as the words themselves are unchanged and nothing is omitted or rephrased. Given the explicit instruction "Use
                            • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills)", I will convert appropriate sections to `
                              • `. Let's plan the HTML structure: ```

                                We are looking for an analytical and solutions-focused Quality Assurance Consultant to strengthen quality across our insurance claims operations. How to Apply

                                1. To see what life at Capitec is all about and complete a short assessment, please click here. 2. Once you have completed the above, finalize your application by clicking apply below.

                                ``` Wait, need to check the "How to Apply" text: it's "1. To see what life at Capitec is all about and complete a short assessment, please click here. 2. Once you have completed the above, finalize your application by clicking apply below." This is a single paragraph with numbers and periods. The rule says "Use
                                • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills)". It doesn't explicitly say for "How to Apply", but it's numbered items. I could either keep as `
                                  ` or make `
                                  • `. Given the rule, I might keep as `
                                    ` since it's application instructions, not a list of duties/requirements. But the text has "1." and "2." which are list markers. I'll probably keep as `
                                    ` to preserve exact wording, or I could do `
                                    • 1. To see what life at Capitec is all about and complete a short assessment, please click here.
                                    • 2. Once you have completed the above, finalize your application by clicking apply below.
                                    `. However, the rule "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word" - if I put each on its own `
                                  • `, the text is preserved, but the "1." and "2." are part of the text. I'll keep as `
                                    ` to be safe, as the rule for `
                                    • ` is specified for "duties, requirements, qualifications, skills". "How to Apply" isn't listed there, though it's structurally similar. I'll check the exact instruction: "Use
                                      • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role)" Wait, the user wrote: "Use
                                        • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role)" - actually looking back: "Use
                                          • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role)" - no, the user wrote: "Use
                                            • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role)" - let me re-read the original prompt's rules section: "Use
                                              • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role)" Actually, the prompt says: "Use
                                                • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role)" - wait, I need to check exactly. The user wrote: "Rules: - Use
                                                  for introductory paragraphs and general text - Use
                                                  for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role) - Use
                                                  • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role) - No CSS classes, no inline styles, no
                                                    s, no
                                                    tags - Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase - If text has no clear sections, just wrap paragraphs in
                                                    tags - Return ONLY the HTML. No markdown fences, no explanation, no preamble." Ah, so `
                                                    • ` should be used for list the ways ways: The ways: of the time1.20: The years: 1:. 1. 1. . 1. 0. 1. 0. 0. .
