Job Description
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is a global humanitarian aid, relief, and development nongovernmental organization. The IRC has a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and organized Coordinator Innovation Implementation to join our team in Kampala, Uganda. The Coordinator Innovation Implementation will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IRC's programs in Uganda. The Coordinator will work closely with the Innovation Team, Program Managers, and other stakeholders to identify, design, and implement innovative solutions that address the needs of IRC's beneficiaries. The Coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the impact of these solutions and providing recommendations for improvement. The Coordinator will be based in Kampala, Uganda and will report to the Innovation Manager.
