Follow up on leads from field sales agents daily. Ensure every lead gets a follow-up call within 24 hours. Engage prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email. Handle inbound leads from website and social media. Guide prospects through the onboarding process. Maintain accurate records of all interactions. Report on lead quality and common objections.
