Job Description
The Democratic Republic of Congo Country Office (DRC CO) is scaling up SCOPE based delivery systems for both Cash Based Transfers (CBT) and In Kind (IK) assistance. As the use of SCOPE expands, the CO faces several challenges: Large volumes of open CBT distribution cycles requiring reconciliation. Launch of IK in SCOPE, necessitating dashboards aligned to CO operational realities. Significant duplication of beneficiary identities, both historical and newly introduced through ongoing registrations. A Payment Instrument Tracking (PIT) tool deployed in the CO, but currently producing inconsistent or inaccurate data outputs. The 2025 internal audit highlighted significant gaps in the areas above and immediate corrective action is required. Donor engagements have reinforced the need for swift and decisive measures to address these concerns. To address these concerns, the CO requires an experienced Data Analyst to strengthen reconciliation processes, improve data assurance, and build dashboards that support timely decision making.
