We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Lead to oversee and optimize daily operations within our growing solar energy company. This role is critical in ensuring seamless project execution, efficient resource management, and high-quality service delivery across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operational activities across projects and teams
- Oversee solar installation projects from planning to execution and completion
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with technical, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and logistics for solar equipment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in operations management, preferably in renewable energy or construction
- Strong knowledge of solar systems and installation processes is an advantage
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
