Field Sales Trainee - Mombasa

<p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">As a Field Sales Trainee, you'll learn how to connect with potential customers, introduce them to Poa!'s products and build relationships within an assigned territory. You'll receive training, coaching and hands-on experience to help you develop the skills needed to grow into a successful Field Sales Representative.</span></p>

<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Identify and engage potential customers within your assigned territory and build strong customer relationships.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Conduct daily field visits, generate leads and build a healthy pipeline of potential customers.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Educate customers about Poa!'s products and confidently handle questions and objections while following our sales process.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Achieve monthly sales targets with coaching and support from your Territory Sales Manager.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Maintain accurate sales records, consistently use the required systems and submit daily sales activity reports on time.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Build positive customer relationships and support customers during their early experience with the service.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Observe customer needs, market trends and competitor activity and share useful insights with your manager.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Build positive working relationships with landlords, property managers and other key stakeholders in your territory.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Work collaboratively with your team and other departments to achieve shared business goals.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Participate in training, coaching and other learning activities to continuously build your sales knowledge, skills and capabilities.</span></li>

<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Minimum of a KCSE certificate, with a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any field also considered.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Strong interest and passion for sales.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Good communication and interpersonal skills.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based environment.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Previous experience in sales, home internet, telecommunications, or working with low-income and informal communities will be an added advantage.</span></p>
