Job Description

Lead recruitment and workforce deployment for overseas projects, ensuring timely fulfillment of key positions. Manage monthly critical task staffing and manpower planning in compliance with local labor regulations. Implement corporate HR policies and coordinate payroll, benefits, and labor relations through local HR vendors. Support project performance management, team stability, and overall delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project-based or overseas HR operations, with strong recruitment and people management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced, cross-cultural project environments.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in telecommunications or large-scale overseas projects is highly preferred.
