To manage HRTM operations, employee relations, policy enforcement, and compliance, ensuring discipline, accuracy, and operational efficiency across the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR database
- Manage attendance, leave, and workforce data
- Prepare HR documentation and reports
- Policy Enforcement & Discipline
- Enforce attendance, punctuality, and workplace rules
- Issue queries, warnings, and disciplinary notices
- Support investigations and disciplinary processes
- Employee Relations
- Handle employee complaints and grievances
- Provide first-level conflict resolution
- Escalate complex issues to HRTM Manager
- Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Support payroll processing (accuracy and timelines)
- Administer employee benefits
- Maintain compensation records
- Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain audit-ready HR documentation
- Support internal and external audits
- Reporting
- Generate attendance and disciplinary reports
- Track compliance metrics
- Operational Efficiency
- Accuracy of HR records (Target: 100%)
- Payroll accuracy (Target: 100%)
- HR request turnaround time
