Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to join our team in Monrovia, Liberia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the organization, as well as managing and implementing legal strategies to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization on a wide range of matters, including contracts, employment law, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve the organization's goals and objectives
• Manage and coordinate the organization's legal affairs, including litigation and dispute resolution
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that legal considerations are taken into account in all aspects of the organization's operations
• Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations and provide advice and guidance to the organization accordingly

Requirements:

• A law degree from a recognized university
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Liberian law and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
