International UN Volunteer - Social and Community Listening (SCL) and Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist

The International UN Volunteer will support the design, planning, and implementation of Social and Community Listening (SCL) initiatives backed by social and behavioral evidence. The volunteer will provide technical support in the development, implementation, and monitoring of SCL strategies, develop and apply tools and guidelines to build national SCL capacity, and support the SBC Section in conducting the national SCL capacity assessment. The volunteer will also deliver a Knowledge Management (KM) strategy for SBC, assess the state of SBC knowledge management, map SBC knowledge assets and resources, and ensure that KM efforts are relevant and integrated across the section.
