To this end, Local Technical Committees (LTCs) have been established to support migration management, migrant protection, labour migration governance, ethical recruitment, and referral pathways at the local level.

<span style="color: black; font-family: "Gill Sans Nova", sans-serif;">Through ATUU project support, the LTCs have been formally established and provided with initial capacity-building and technical training. However, the sustainability and effectiveness of these structures depend on consistent technical coordination, systematic follow-up on decisions, proper documentation, and strong linkages with national migration governance mechanisms.

<span style="color: black; font-family: "Gill Sans Nova", sans-serif;">In the Dormaa Central Municipal Assembly (DCMA), migration dynamics, particularly labour migration, internal mobility, return and reintegration, and migrant protection risks, necessitate coordinated, locally grounded, and multi-sectoral responses. This includes ensuring regular meetings, follow-up on agreed actions, documentation of processes and outcomes, and effective linkages with national-level migration coordination structures.
<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt 18pt;
