Key Duties
- Grow Card portfolio through partnerships
- Implement the Card tactical plan for growth of new partnerships
- Grow credit card utilization, spend and revolving rate
- Initiate activities around new and innovative partnerships that enhance wallet share
- Develop initiatives that add value to cardholders
- Facilitate customer onboarding
- Negotiate pricing of partnerships and ensure efficient implementation in the system
- Set up Instalment plans and discount partnerships at system level and at points of sale at partner locations and ensure they run effectively
- Resolution of partnership-related queries from customers, Branches and partners
- Product training
- Relationship management, stakeholders and partners (Internal and External)
- Manage Card Partnership team and People development
- Re-activate lapsed partnerships
- Manage NPL within Card Business
Requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field
- 5 years of working experience in Card Issuing
- 2 years of experience in sales and Marketing
- 1 year of experience in card portfolio management
- 3 years of experience in Card services
2 years of experience in Visa and MasterCard Operations
