Job Description

Key Purpose

As a New Markets Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in expanding our service offerings across new markets. You will support the development and delivery of services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Areas of Responsibility

- Support the rollout of new market strategies and initiatives
- Assist in the design and implementation of service solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences
- Contribute to performance metrics and continuous improvement efforts

Education and Experience

- Minimum 6 months of client services experience
- Working experience as a Contact Centre consultant preferred
- Relevant industry knowledge in service delivery
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex customer interactions
