Medirite Newcastle is looking for a qualified Pharmacist Assistant Post Basic to join our team starting Immediately. The successful candidate will assist the pharmacist with dispensing and performing pharmacy-related administrative duties. Key Performance Areas

• Stock control
• Dispensing (under the supervision of a pharmacist)
• Administration
• Housekeeping
• Frontshop service

Qualifications

• Essential: Qualified as a Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant.
• Registered as a Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant with the South African pharmacy council.

Experience

Two years+ experience working in a similar role.

Knowledge and Skills

• Essential: Customer service orientated
• Dispensing knowledge
• Knowledge of dispensing systems and ordering systems
• Desirable: Knowledge of Retail/ FMCG operations
