The role will work across business units to optimize operations.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><br />Transformation Management:<ul><li>Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives that align with the organization&#39;s strategic objectives.</li><li>Define transformation roadmaps and KPIs. Work with senior leadership to identify and prioritize transformation opportunities.</li><li>Work closely with BU COOs and other functions to optimize business processes for efficiency and customer experience.</li><li>Monitor and report on the progress of initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and business goals.</li><li>Drive cultural and operational change to foster continuous improvement and innovation.</li><li>Maintain a process database and visibility over key processes.
