Job Description

Develop and implement procurement strategies for technical materials, including HVAC equipment, spare parts, compressors, refrigerants, and automotive components Source and evaluate suppliers for HVAC systems, tools, and automobile parts, ensuring quality, reliability, and cost competitiveness Manage procurement lifecycle: requisition, RFQ/RFP, evaluation, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up Lead technical vendor negotiations, including pricing, warranties, service-level agreements (SLAs), and delivery timelines Collaborate with engineering and service teams to define technical specifications and requirements Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements Develop and maintain a qualified vendor database for HVAC and automotive categories Monitor supplier performance and implement vendor evaluation and improvement plans Optimize inventory levels in coordination with stores to prevent stock-outs or overstocking of critical parts Support project teams with timely procurement of materials for installations and maintenance Track market trends, pricing benchmarks, and technological advancements in HVAC and automotive sectors Manage import processes where required (documentation, duties, logistics coordination) Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare periodic reports on cost savings and supplier performance Ensure adherence to HSE standards in procurement of technical materials Perform any other duties as assigned by management
