Procurement of Consultancy Services to Develop the KCCA Revenue Mobilization Strategy FY 2025/26 - 2029/30

The Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of consultancy services to develop the KCCA revenue mobilization strategy FY 2025/26 - 2029/30. The consultancy services will involve the development of a comprehensive revenue mobilization strategy for KCCA, including the identification of revenue streams, development of a revenue collection plan, and provision of recommendations for improving revenue mobilization. The consultancy services will be for a period of 12 months.

Bidders who wish to submit their bids are required to register on the EGP Uganda website and obtain a bidder registration number. The bidding documents can be downloaded from the EGP Uganda website. The bids must be submitted in person or by courier to the address indicated in the bidding documents. The bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of UGX 10,000,000.
