. The original includes many with bold etc. We need to extract plain text and then apply tags.
We must preserve all original content word-for-word (no addition, removal, summarizing). That means we cannot drop any text, but we can remove the markup tags (span, style) as they are not content. However we must keep the text exactly as appears, including spaces and line breaks? We'll produce HTML with appropriate tags.
We need to identify sections: Title, Apply by date, About Restless Development, Our approach to safeguarding, About our Youth Employment Work, About the Role, Job title, Location, Salary, Preferred start date, Length of contract, Reports to, Expected travel, Key responsibilities (with subpoints), About you, Values and Culture, Equal Opportunities statement, Skills and Experience (Essential, Desirable), Remuneration, Work-life Balance (cut off). The original text ends abruptly: "Work-life Balance" then incomplete sentence. We must preserve all content word-for-word, so include that incomplete sentence as is.
We need to wrap paragraphs in . Use

The original has headings like "About Restless Development", "Our approach to safeguarding:", "About our Youth Employment Work:", "About the Role", "Job title:", "Location:", "Salary", "Preferred start date:", "Length of contract:", "Reports to", "Expected travel", "Key responsibilities", "About you", "Values and Culture", "Skills and Experience", "Essential", "Desirable", "Remuneration", "Work-life Balance". We'll treat each bold line as a header (). However some are like "Job title:" which is a label; still we can treat as header.

. Then the
- items follow.
Similarly for "2. Youth-led advocacy and community influence", etc.
Also there is a "5." item with line break after "5." then bold text on next line. We'll preserve.
Now we need to strip all and ,

The instruction: Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. The link tag is not content; it's markup. We should remove the but keep the text "our values". However the link also has target attributes etc. Removing the tag is removing markup, not content. That's allowed. We must ensure we keep the text "our values". Also we need to keep the URL? Not required as content. So we can drop the entirely.
