Job Summary: Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of a client, is seeking a Programs Coordinator to play a critical role in delivering Business Development Services (BDS) programs and supporting the growth of local enterprises during a key expansion phase. This role goes beyond coordination it requires someone who can combine operational excellence, business advisory, and hands-on mentorship to drive real impact. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute BDS program activities Deliver tailored business advisory and coaching to entrepreneurs Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs Monitor KPIs and track business performance and growth Support operational setup and continuous process improvement Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 3–5 years’ experience in business advisory, incubators, or startup ecosystems Strong understanding of financial modelling, marketing strategy, and operations Experience working with CRM/ERP tools (e.g. DigiKua) Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching skills A proactive mindset with the ability to build systems and adapt in dynamic environments This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful impact by empowering underserved entrepreneurs and shaping the success of businesses at scale.
