Assist the Project Manager in managing FTTH project delivery across the region. Oversee site construction, permits, documentation, and subcontractor coordination. Track project progress, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery. Ensure construction quality meets engineering standards and contract requirements. Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and technical teams for installation, commissioning, and acceptance. Support process optimization and standardization of regional project execution.
