Responsibilities
- Drive the growth and development of Corporate’s Trade Finance business across Corporate segment.
- Drive profitability, business development including the running of the day-to-day business agenda
- Responsible for defending the subsidiary’s performance to the various key stakeholders and committees within the Rwanda
- Work with the Corporate RMs in origination, maintenance, and development of customer relationships in a sustainable manner.
- Manage and maintain robust monitoring, controls, business continuity, governance, and risk management environment for Trade Department
- Formulate, design and review product and platform strategies that competitively address identified and emergent market opportunities
- Engagement with customer owners and market activators to achieve product/platform uptake and utilization targets
- Periodic review of existing products and platforms to enhance their offering in the market to ensure product continuously yields expected benefits.
