Restaurant & Café Shop Manager

One (1) Position

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and customer-focused Restaurant & Café Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and café, lead our team, and ensure exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and café. 
  • Supervise, train, and schedule staff. 
  • Ensure excellent customer service and food quality
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.

• Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing a restaurant, café, or similar food and beverage establishment.
• Strong leadership, customer service, staff supervision, and operational management skills.
• Experience in inventory management, cash handling, and food safety standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Remuneration:        

Salary is negotiable
