Position Summary: The Rider is responsible for delivering customer orders safely, accurately and on time while providing excellent customer service and representing the Debonairs Pizza brand professionally.

Responsibilities: Deliver customer orders promptly and safely. Verify delivery orders before dispatch. Collect payments where required and issue receipts. Maintain cleanliness and basic care of the delivery motorcycle. Follow traffic laws and company safety procedures. Report delivery issues or delays promptly. Key Requirements Valid riding licence. Good knowledge of local routes. Good customer service and communication skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. Previous delivery experience is an added advantage. General Attributes Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and professionalism.
