Proxima Solutions is looking for a driven salesperson to grow our client base across Kampala and Uganda. You’ll sell our full technology stack: vehicle GPS trackers, fuel monitoring sensors, dash cameras, CCTV systems, biometric access control, and gate automation. This is a field sales role — you’ll meet decision-makers, demonstrate our products, and close deals. If you know security and tracking hardware and can talk to fleet managers and business owners, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and prospect new clients (fleet operators, logistics companies, offices, residential estates)
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations of GPS tracking, CCTV, and access control systems
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and negotiate pricing
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Coordinate with the technical team on client requirements and installation timelines
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and product improvements
Who We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in Uganda
- Proven experience selling GPS tracking, fleet management, CCTV, or access control systems
- Strong understanding of the security and telematics market in Kampala
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in the field
- Own smartphone and reliable transport (boda / car)
- Fluent in English; Luganda or other local languages a plus
