Job Descriptions & Requirements
Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer reception and consultation, providing professional prefabricated house product consulting services to customers;
- Develop new markets and acquire new customers through offline promotion, online promotion, or other methods;
- Accompany customers to view show houses, facilitate transaction closure, sign sales contracts, manage payment collection, and provide after-sales services;
- Complete tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- Familiar with the Lagos market, with over 2 years of sales experience
- Candidates with building materials sales experience are preferred.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Proficient in negotiation and customer relationship maintenance
