Sales Officer (Field Sales)

Key Responsibilities

•  Identify and approach potential players.
• Promote the app and explain its features and benefits.
• Assist new users with registration and onboarding.
• Achieve assigned weekly and monthly player sign-up targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with players and community contacts.
• Submit regular reports on field activities and performance.
• Represent LuckyLive professionally at all times.

Performance Incentives

In addition to the monthly salary, Sales Officers are eligible for performance-based incentives and bonuses, determined by:

• Number of players successfully signed up.
• Quality and activity level of recruited players, including their monthly deposits.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Confidence in engaging potential customers.
• Basic smartphone and mobile app knowledge.
• Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not required.
• Applicants from Madina, Haatso, Dome, Achimota, Lapaz and its environs will be suitable.

Location: Haatso ,WestLand

Salary: GHS 1,200 per month + 20% Commission
