Job Description
A dynamic healthcare sales and distribution Company is looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Executive with strong customer-facing and territory management experience to drive sales performance, maintain client relationships, and support product promotion within the assigned region.
Responsibilities:
- Call on key customers and achieve set sales targets in the assigned territory
- Maintain strong product knowledge and relevant industry/medical terminology
- Build and sustain excellent long-term customer relationships
- Monitor and assess competitor activity within the region
- Plan and execute promotional activities to achieve regional sales targets
- Conduct product training and support for customers on company offerings
- Manage territory planning, sales pipeline, and reporting requirements
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Medical or healthcare sales background advantageous
- Valid South African driver’s licence
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages beneficial
- Willingness to travel and work in varied environments, including informal areas
- Proficient computer literacy
- Strong planning, organising, and time management abilities
- Good negotiation, listening, and customer service skills
- Sales-driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
