Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage floor replenishment and inventory
- Perform sales transactions
- Assist with lay-by sales
- Execute seasonal VM changes and promotions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle cash payments and credit card processing
- Inquire about the customer's shopping experience
- Proactively contact customers for updates on repairs
Qualifications
- A Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of retail experience
