Job Description

We need to output clean semantic HTML with

,

,
  • . No CSS classes, no inline styles, no
    , no
. Must preserve all original content word-for-word, but we need to strip out the HTML tags and formatting from the input, and then reformat using allowed tags. Input is a job description with many HTML tags and inline styles. We need to extract the plain text content (preserving word-for-word) and then format with semantic HTML. We must not add or remove content. So we need to extract the text exactly as appears, ignoring tags, but preserving the textual content including spaces? Probably we need to keep the text as is, but we can normalize whitespace? The instruction: "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase". That suggests we should not change the wording. However we need to convert to HTML tags; we can wrap paragraphs in

    , headings in

    , lists in
    • . We must not add extra text. Thus we need to parse the input and produce a structured representation. Let's extract the textual content from the given HTML. The input starts with:

      Key Responsibilities:

      1. Evaluate and decision credit proposals (new, renewals, one offs, amendments) received from Retail business units in line with specific credit guidelines as set within existing KCB Credit policy/manual/product documents, CBK Prudential guidelines, understanding of market, industry, economic factors, financial statements and recommending those beyond DLA for consideration while ensuring compliance with set TAT, SLAs and quality standards.
      2. ... We need to extract the text inside each element. Let's manually extract. I'll copy the input and strip tags mentally. But better approach: Identify sections. The input appears to have: -

        Key Responsibilities:

        - Then an
          with several
        1. items (responsibilities). Inside each li there are spans with text. After the ol, there is a
with a table containing qualifications. Then after that, there is
          1. Experience
Then another figure with a table for experience details. We need to preserve all text. Thus final output should have:

          Key Responsibilities:

          maybe? Actually the instruction: Use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). So we should treat "Key Responsibilities:" as a section header ->

          Key Responsibilities:

Then the list of responsibilities as
          • ... each responsibility text. Then next section: maybe "POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS" appears inside the table? Actually after the responsibilities list, inside the last li there is a

with POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS. That seems to be a heading inside the list? Actually the last li contains a paragraph with that strong text, then a nested list? Let's examine. The last li (the 8th) contains:

          • Support review of Retail portfolio through monitoring Early Vintage performance, Migration and PAR (NPL ratio) and recommend appropriate remedial actions e.g. limits review, scheme suspension etc.

            POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

            a. Academic & Professional

          • So after the responsibility text, there is a paragraph with "POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS" and then a paragraph with "a. Academic & Professional". Then after that li closes the ol. Then we have a figure with a table that seems to detail qualifications: Education, Professional Qualifications, Masters Degree etc. Then after that, we have
            1. Experience
which is a new ordered list (lowercase letters) with a single li containing "Experience". Then a figure with a table detailing experience requirements. Thus the structure: - Key Responsibilities (section) - Responsibilities list (8 items) - Then within the last responsibility item, there is a heading "POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS" and subheading "a. Academic & Professional". But maybe that is actually the start of the qualifications section, but it's mistakenly placed inside the last li. However we must preserve content word-for-word, so we need to keep that text exactly as it appears, but we can reformat using allowed tags. We cannot change the ordering or omit text. So we need to output the text exactly as it appears, but we can wrap it in appropriate tags. Thus we need to output the text exactly as it appears in the original, but we can add HTML tags around it. The original text includes the responsibility sentences, then the "POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS" line, then "a. Academic & Professional". Then after the ol ends, we have the table for qualifications, then the experience heading ol, then the experience table. Thus we need to produce HTML that contains all that text in order. We must not add any extra text, but we can add tags. Thus we need to extract the plain text sequence. Let's extract the text from the input step by step. I'll copy the input and manually extract. Input:

            Key Responsibilities:

            1. Evaluate and decision credit proposals (new, renewals, one offs, amendments) received from Retail business units in line with specific credit guidelines as set within existing KCB Credit policy/manual/product documents, CBK Prudential guidelines, understanding of market, industry, economic factors, financial statements and recommending those beyond DLA for consideration while ensuring compliance with set TAT, SLAs and quality standards.
