2. **Analyze the Input Text:**
The input is a single block of text that looks like a job description. Let me break it down:
- First paragraph: About the Global Assisted Voluntary Return (AVR) program, mention of Monrovia, Liberia, supervision, responsibilities.
- Then: "EDUCATION" header, followed by bullet points (but in plain text, not formatted as `
- `)
- Then: "EXPERIENCE" header, followed by bullet points
- Then: "SKILLS" header, followed by bullet points
- Then: "Languages" header, followed by text about IOM official languages
- Then: "REQUIRED" header, followed by fluency in English required
- Then: "DES IRABLE" (likely "DESIRABLE" typo), followed by working knowledge of another UN language
- Then: A long list of duties/responsibilities numbered 1-15
- The text has `
` tags embedded, but the rules say NO `
` tags.
Wait, the input already contains ``, `
`, and some headings in caps. I need to convert this to clean semantic HTML using only `
`, `
`, ``, `- `. No `
` allowed. I need to preserve all content word-for-word.
Let me re-read the input carefully:
```
Wait, the input already has HTML tags like `
`, `
`, but the task says: "Return ONLY the HTML. No markdown fences, no explanation, no preamble." And the rules: "Use
for introductory paragraphs and general text", "Use
for section headers", "Use - for list items", "No CSS classes, no inline styles, no s, no
tags", "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase", "If text has no clear sections, just wrap paragraphs in tags".
Important: The input is plain-text but contains HTML tags `
` and `
`. However, the task is to format it as clean semantic HTML, with specific rules. I need to strip the existing `
` and `
` tags and rebuild using only `
`, `
`, ``, `- `. Also, "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word" means I can't change any text, but I can restructure the formatting.
Let me parse the content and restructure:
The text has sections:
- Intro paragraph (first block about AVR program)
- EDUCATION section
- EXPERIENCE section
- SKILLS section
- Languages section
- REQUIRED section
- DES IRABLE section (likely DESIRABLE)
- Key Duties/Responsibilities (numbered list 1-15)
I need to use `
` for section headers. The headers mentioned in rules: Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role. But the actual text has: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, Languages, REQUIRED, DES IRABLE, and then the duties list. I should use `` for each section header as they appear, or map them to the rule's suggested headers. The rule says: "Use for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role)". It says "e.g.", so I can use `` for the section headers that exist in the text. I'll use `` for each section title.
For list items: The bullet points with `•` should be `
- ` items. The numbered list 1-15 should also be `
- ` items. The rule says: "Use
- for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills)". So I should wrap them in `
` and use `- `.
Also, need to remove `
` tags. The content has `
` between lines, but I must not use them. I'll just have the text flow naturally within `` or `
- ` tags.
Let me reconstruct:
- First paragraph: The introductory text about AVR program. It's currently in `
...
` with `
` inside. I'll keep it as a `` with the text, removing `
`.
- Then "EDUCATION" -> `
Education
`? But the rule says use the header names from the list, or just any ``. I'll use `Education
` since the text says "EDUCATION". But to match the rule's examples, maybe "Education". I'll keep it as the exact text? "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word". Does that apply to headers too? The rule says "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase". If I change "EDUCATION" to "Education", I'm changing the case, which might violate "word-for-word". But the header is just a label. The rule also says "Use for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role)". The "e.g." suggests those are examples of what to use, not that I must use exactly those words. But "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word" is tricky if I change the case. I think I should keep the headers exactly as they appear in the text, but wrap them in `<,, (
