SENIOR WAITER / WAITRESS (CAFÉ)

We are seeking a Senior Waiter/Waitress with strong leadership and supervision skills to join our café team.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience as a waiter/waitress in a café or similar hospitality environment
• Proven supervisory or team-lead experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism, punctuality, and personal presentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily café service operations and support junior staff
• Maintain high standards of customer service and service consistency
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and task allocation
• Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure cleanliness, proper table setup, and compliance with café standards
