Position: Shop Administrator
Location: Tana River

Experience: Minimum 2 years
Field: Procurement / Storekeeping / Supply Chain
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate stock to field agents to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
- Receive, verify, and record stock deliveries in the internal system.
- Manage inventory and initiate timely stock replenishment.
- Handle warranty replacements and provide basic troubleshooting support.
- Conduct weekly stock counts and reconcile inventory records.
- Attend to walk-in customers, handle sales, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Educate customers on products, usage, and payment procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including field agent agreements.
- Ensure the shop remains clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
- Adhere to local government regulations and operational guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role (storekeeping, inventory, or retail operations).
- Proficiency in inventory systems and record-keeping.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to speak the local language is a strong advantage.
