Job Description

Develop and increase sales and business opportunities for Sika Nigeria. Develop, build and maintain cordial relationship with stakeholders such as: Customers, consultants, etc. Attend and plan technical trainings/workshop/training. Manage process of establishing a sustainable customer base, account management, product supply, technical support and customer relations. Provide required reports and planning as well as sales forecasts ensuring forecast accuracy. Support team goals and actions for delivery of targets. Manage Key Accounts and Key Projects within assigned coverage area. Ensure prescriptive selling of the right solutions to meet the needs of the customers. Understand credit sales management bordering on utilization and recovery. Improve market coverage, and develop new market segments / Application fields.
