Tourist Tap Ambassador - Nairobi

Job Description

We are looking for a Tourist Tap Ambassador. The Tourist Tap Ambassador will drive merchant onboarding, tourist adoption, and transaction growth by promoting and activating the Tourist Tap payment platform at key tourist locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and activate tourism-facing merchants (hotels, shops, tour operators).
• Educate tourists and merchants on using Tourist Tap.
• Drive first-time and repeat transactions.
• Support on-ground activations, events, and brand visibility.
• Collect feedback and submit regular performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Targets (Monthly)

• Onboard 20–30 active merchants.
• Engage 300+ tourists and drive first-time usage.
• Achieve consistent transaction growth within assigned zones.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with tourism or hospitality environments.
• Basic understanding of digital payments.
• Professional, presentable, and results-oriented.
• Multilingual skills are an added advantage.
