Job Description

We need to output clean semantic HTML using only

,

,
  • . No extra tags, no CSS, no
    , no
. Must preserve all original content word-for-word, not add, remove, summarize, or rephrase. Must keep headings as

    . Use

for section headers like "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", etc. The raw text includes many headings like "KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES", "CONSISTENCY OF CARE", "Financial Management", etc. We need to structure them as sections with

. Probably each bold heading should become a

. Also "SKILLS PROFILE", "EDUCATION", "WORK EXPERIENCE", "KNOWLEDGE", "NETCARE VALUES AND BEHAVIOURS", "Netcare Values", "The Netcare Way". Also maybe "Teamwork", "Personal and professional development", "People management", "Build and maintain stakeholder relationships". The instruction: Use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). So we should map headings to

. The raw text includes many bold headings; we need to treat each as a section header. Probably each bold line that is a heading should be wrapped in

tags. Also there are subheadings like "Financial Management", "Risk management", etc. Those are bold but maybe part of list items? They appear as bold within paragraphs. The instruction: Use
    • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills). So we need to convert bullet points (those starting with •) into
    • items. The text includes many bullet points preceded by •. Those should be
    • . Also there are headings like "Financial Management" which is bold but not a bullet; maybe it's a subheading. Should we wrap it in

? Probably yes, as a section header. But the instruction says use

for section headers like "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", etc. So we need to identify sections: maybe "KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES" is a header; then "CONSISTENCY OF CARE" is a header; then "Financial Management" maybe a subheader? But they want

for section headers, not necessarily for every bold line. However they gave examples: Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role. So we should map headings that correspond to those concepts. In the text, we have "KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES" which is similar to "Key Duties". So we can use

      KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

. Then "CONSISTENCY OF CARE" maybe a subheader; but maybe we treat it as a section header? Could be "Consistency of Care". But they didn't list that as example; but we can still use

for any section header. So we can wrap each bold heading that is a distinct section in

. Then the content after that is paragraphs and lists. We must preserve all original content word-for-word, including line breaks? We can just output the HTML with paragraphs and lists. No extra commentary. We need to ensure we don't add any extra tags. Use only

      ,

      ,
        ,
      • . No
        , no
. Also no extra whitespace? It's okay. We need to preserve the content exactly as given, including the bold markup? The original text includes tags around some words. The instruction: Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. That includes the tags? The raw text includes HTML tags like and
. But we are to output clean semantic HTML, using only

        ,

        ,
          ,
        • . So we cannot keep tags? The instruction says preserve all original content word-for-word, but also we must format as clean semantic HTML using only allowed tags. There's a conflict: we cannot keep tags because they are not allowed. But we must preserve content word-for-word, meaning we cannot remove or alter text. However the tags are part of the content; but they are markup, not content. The instruction says "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase". That likely refers to the textual content, not the markup. We can remove the tags because they are not part of the textual content? But they are part of the raw scraped text. The instruction says "Your ONLY job is to format it as clean semantic HTML." So we can transform the markup into proper HTML tags. So we can replace with nothing? Or we could keep the bold text but not wrap with . The instruction says use

for section headers, not . So we should not keep tags. We can just output the text without tags, but preserve the words. So we need to strip the tags but keep the inner text. Also remove
tags. Also remove any style attributes. Also remove empty

etc. Thus we need to parse the given text and produce HTML. Let's extract sections: The text starts with:

We need to output clean HTML using only

          ,

          ,
            ,
          • . So we need to convert headings to

. The headings are bold lines: "KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES", "CONSISTENCY OF CARE", "Financial Management", "Risk management", "Patient care", "TRANSFORMATION OF OUR SOCIETY", "Transformation targets", "Teamwork", "Personal and professional development", "People management", "Build and maintain stakeholder relationships", "SKILLS PROFILE", "EDUCATION", "WORK EXPERIENCE", "KNOWLEDGE", "NETCARE VALUES AND BEHAVIOURS", "Netcare Values", "The Netcare Way". Some of these are not exactly the example categories but we can still use

. We need to preserve bullet points as
          • . The bullet points are preceded by • and may have sub-bullets? There are also lines without bullet but with text like "Governance and quality management". That appears after a bullet list? Actually after the bullet list for Financial Management, there is "Governance and quality management" as a separate line not preceded by bullet? It appears after the list items but not preceded by bullet. In the raw text: after the list items, there is "Governance and quality management" on its own line, then "• Identify quality improvement opportunities..." etc. Actually the raw text shows: • Manage acuities and skill mix in such a way as to ensure cost effective quality care. • Manage all costs emanating from the department • Ensure correct billing, stock management and purchasing • Facilitate timeous and accurate compilation of files Governance and quality management • Identify quality improvement opportunities and ensure appropriate strategy and Quality Improvement initiatives are developed and measured So "Governance and quality management" is a line not preceded by bullet, but it's part of the content. Should we treat it as a separate paragraph? Probably it's a subheading? It appears as plain text, not bold. It might be a subheading but not bold. The instruction says preserve all original content word-for-word. So we must include that line exactly as is, but we need to wrap it in a

maybe. It is currently inside the same paragraph after the list items? Actually it's after the list items but before the next bullet list? It appears as a separate line within the same paragraph? The raw text shows:

            Financial Management

            • Manage acuities and skill mix in such a way as to ensure cost effective quality care.
            • Manage all costs emanating from the department
            • Ensure correct billing, stock management and purchasing
            • Facilitate timeous and accurate compilation of files
            Governance and quality management
            • Identify quality improvement opportunities and ensure appropriate strategy and Quality Improvement initiatives are developed and measured

So the line "Governance and quality management" is not preceded by bullet, but it's part of the same paragraph. It is not bold. So we need to output it as a separate

maybe? But we need to preserve word-for-word, so we can just output it as a

            Governance and quality management

. However we must not add extra tags beyond allowed. So we can output

            Governance and quality management

. Similarly, there are other lines like "Risk management" etc. We also have "TRANSFORMATION OF OUR SOCIETY" heading, then "Transformation targets" subheading, then bullet list. We need to preserve all content exactly, including the bullet points with • and the line breaks. But we can convert bullet points to
          • . The bullet points are preceded by • and may have line breaks. We'll need to extract the text after the bullet and the bullet symbol. The bullet symbol is a Unicode bullet character. We'll need to include the text after it. Should we include the bullet symbol
