Job Title: External Board Member

The Baringo County Assembly invites applications from qualified candidates for the position of External Board Member. The successful candidate will be appointed for a term of four (4) years. The roles and responsibilities of the External Board Members include advising the Assembly on matters related to the management of the Assembly's affairs, providing guidance on the implementation of the Assembly's policies and procedures, and ensuring that the Assembly's operations are in line with the County's development agenda. The successful candidate will be required to have a strong understanding of the County's development challenges and opportunities, as well as the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Qualifications and Requirements

• Being a resident of Baringo County
• Having a strong understanding of the County's development challenges and opportunities
• Being able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Having a strong track record of leadership and community service
• Being able to communicate effectively in English and Kiswahili
