The role ensures that all IPC/WASH interventions are technically sound, contextually appropriate, conflict-sensitive, inclusive, and aligned with national Ebola response protocols, Mercy Corps standards, WHO/UNICEF guidance, Sphere standards, and broader humanitarian best practice.
